FAQs About Our Sale

How does shipping work?

It's simple! We offer simple, flat-rate threshold shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. The cost ranges from $99-$399, depending on the quantity and size of items in your order.

If you're local to the Bay Area you can also pick up your furniture directly from our Factory Showroom (located just south of the Potrero Hill neighborhood). This option is free and you can select it on the checkout page.

Finally, if you're interested in White Glove delivery (furniture delivered to your home and placed in your desired location) send us an email or chat and we will happily draft you a quote. You'll of course have the opportunity to review and accept before committing.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We offer financing through Klarna and Shop Pay, which allows you to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly, interest-free payments. For larger purchases, longer-term monthly installment options are also available. Your eligibility and the specific terms are determined at checkout.

Are any styles ready-to-ship?

Yes! Many styles are in stock and ready to ship. Our Helios and Evia collections are made-to-order in our San Francisco workshop.

How will heated furniture affect my electricity bill?

Our heated furniture is designed to be exceptionally energy-efficient. Our furniture uses between 750–1,500 watts of electricity to heat up. Once they reach temperature, they use only a small trickle of power to maintain that warmth.

Of course the cost will vary depending on where you live and the price of your local utilities. On average, in California we have seen that our furniture costs ~$0.25 per hour to run.

Is it safe to use in rain and snow?

Yes! Our furniture is designed for year-round outdoor use and is UL-listed (meaning it has been tested and meets nationally recognized standards for sustainability and safety).

Say more? All of the electrical components are fully sealed inside the furniture so it's safe to use in rain, snow, or even in the "splash zone" by a swimming pool.

Is the furniture covered by a warranty?

Yes! Our furniture is covered by a 3-year limited warranty for residential use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use, a testament to our construction quality.

What's your return policy?

We're not happy unless you're happy, so we offer free 30-day returns on all purchases.*

What that means is, you have a full 30 days, from the day you receive your furniture, to try it out and decide if you love it.

Fun fact: in our 10+ years of business, we've literally never had a single customer return a piece. So we're pretty confident you'll love it.
