Getting your furniture should be as effortless as using it. We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all orders from $99-$399 in the contiguous United States. Factory pickup and White Glove available upon request. See more details on our shipping page.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 3-year limited warranty for residential use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use, a testament to our construction quality.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We offer financing through Klarna and Shop Pay, which allows you to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly, interest-free payments. For larger purchases, longer-term monthly installment options are also available. Your eligibility and the specific terms are determined at checkout.
How does it compare to a propane heat lamp?
It's about 20 times more energy-efficient, heating you directly instead of the air. It's also safer, with no open flames or flammable fuel.
Is it safe to use in rain and snow?
Yes. All electrical components are fully sealed and our products are UL-listed for outdoor use. A built-in drain hole prevents any water from pooling.
